oneLINE Mural Tour stop at 4337 Tennyson Street

Only two blocks north and across from Berkeley Lake Park you can see how the neighborhood is working to preserve historic buildings while balancing development.

The inspiration for this oneLINE mural is the historic building on the corner of 46th Ave and Tennyson Street, three short blocks north of The Asher Hotel. Built in 1960 by architect J. Roger Musick. Slated for demolition in recent years, it was saved by current owner GM Development of Denver. The building is now surrounded by newly built townhomes which bring new life to the property.

The continuous line measures 98 feet from START to END, and the patterns of the arches and the stained glass windows are a delight to quickly follow with your eyes.

The Cyclone Tower is directly west of this site at the far edge of the park.
